MISSION STATEMENT

The Tabernacle Cosmopolitan Baptist Church purpose and mission is to labor together to impact the world for Christ.  We further engage to embrace God's Holiness and extend His Unconditional Love as we share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We believe there is only one true and wise God who is Omnipotent, Omniscient and Infinite, who is the true Triune God, three Divine persons; the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, who is the Creator and Sustainer and Supreme Ruler of heaven and earth, inexpressibly glorious and worthy of all possible honor.

It is the desire of Pastor Hollins and Congregation of the Tabernacle Cosmopolitan Baptist Church, to be a lighthouse in the Pittsburgh community, to meet aid and support the needs of the lost, indigent, impoverished and homeless by exhibiting the Love of God.

We believe that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the power of God unto salvation and that it is Spirit and Life and has soul changing, mind renewing power, by which all men are drawn to God, for Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.

By Grace are we saved through Faith.
